Bei diesem 3-tägigem Projekt am LRSL setzten sich die Schülerinnen und Schüler mit den Themen "Energie" und "Work-Life-Balance" auseinander. Der Film dokumentiert die Projekttage und zeigt, wie wichtig Ernährung ist und wie ein Ausgleich in der Natur helfen kann, den Alltagsstress zu bewältigen.
