I am so proud of what Paul and his team from 1Gen are achieving in India with the Youth4planet and CreatiVelo self-learning path. We are currently seeing great success with more than 200 students in Northern India. In an incredibly short time, they manage to acquire essential future skills and put them to the test on the streets. I truly hope we can break through the rigid learning structures in Germany to finally embrace reality. At least 20% of the time today, children should be learning how to navigate multiple crises and maintain courage. They often find this out best for themselves, supported by the system knowledge of adult mentors.
