Work with us

Bring Youth4Planet to your school, youth group, or organisation.

We work with teachers, educators, youth workers, cultural institutions, and public organisations to design and run projects and workshops that connect young people with the issues that matter – through film, storytelling, and hands-on creative media.

Whether you want to run a one-off session or build a longer programme, we’d love to hear from you.

Who This Is For

  • Teachers and school coordinators

Looking to integrate sustainability education into your curriculum in an active, creative way? We work with primary and secondary schools across Luxembourg, adapting our workshops to your context, your students, and your timetable.

  • Youth workers and non-formal educators

We are experienced working in maisons de jeunes, community settings, and non-formal structures. Our workshops are designed to be engaging for young people looking for meaningful, active experiences.

  • Organisations and institutions

Planning an event, an awareness campaign, or a public activation around a sustainability theme? We can bring our methods – and our CreatiVelo – to your project as a creative partner.

How we work

What working with us looks like

Every project we run is participatory and hands-on – designed around the people involved, the context, and the question being explored. Participants don’t just learn about an issue: they engage with it actively, develop a creative response, and produce something real and shareable.

We use film and digital media as primary tools, alongside greenscreen, sound, interactive installations, and other methods depending on the format. Our And–But–Therefore storytelling framework guides the creative process across all formats, helping participants structure complex ideas into compelling narratives.

Formats range from school programmes and teacher training to public activations, community projects, and immersive installations.

Sessions are adapted to age group, context, and available time. We work in French, Luxembourgish, German, and English.

SDGs

The SDGs as a starting point

The UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals give participants a compass for exploring complex global challenges – from climate action and biodiversity to social justice and responsible consumption – and connecting them to their own lived experience.

3 Steps

And–But–Therefore

A simple but powerful narrative framework that helps young people structure their ideas into compelling stories. Rather than presenting facts, participants learn to build an argument: what’s the situation, what’s the problem, and what needs to change?

Our Approach
TCI

Topic-Centred Interaction (TCI)

Our facilitation approach is grounded in TCI, an educational method that balances focus between the individual, the group, and the topic. Facilitators act as learning coaches rather than teachers, helping participants take responsibility for their work and learn from one another. The process is as valuable as the final result.

Tools

Digital tools as creative tools

Smartphone filmmaking, greenscreen, sound design, and editing make media production accessible to everyone, regardless of prior experience. Digital tools lower the threshold for creative expression while building real, transferable media literacy skills.

  • Teacher Training

In partnership with the IFEN (Institut de formation de l’éducation nationale), Youth4Planet offers professional training for educators who want to bring sustainability and media education methods into their own practice. Training sessions equip teachers with our core tools and concepts – enabling them to facilitate projects independently and sustainably within their schools.

  • Resources for Educators

We offer a growing library of pedagogical tools for educators who want to go further: workshop guides, toolkits, video tutorials, and tips for facilitating sustainability and media projects with young people. These resources are available in our protected educator space.
